The discussion will provide invaluable insights into the intricacies and rewards of global real estate investments.

Neil Anderson

Director and Head of Office, Commercial Property | Hong Kong Land

Neil Anderson has more than 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry, and has worked in Hong Kong for nearly two decades. He has been a Director and Head of Office Space at Hongkong Land since 2010. Neil is responsible for all the office leasing activity within the Company’s premier Central Hong Kong Portfolio. He oversees more than 4.12 million square feet of office space, leased to some of the world’s leading financial institutions, legal and professional services firms, among others. Neil joined the company in 2006 from London, where he worked for Nelson Bakewell, as a divisional director, and has also worked at major global real estate services firm Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL).

Neil was educated in the UK and has attended Harvard Business School, and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the UK.

Andrés Escobar

Partner and Managing Director | TC Latin America Partners

Andrés Escobar is Partner and Managing Director of TC Latin America Partners for the office in Colombia. He brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, where he has worked for various international funds, such as JER Partners in Mexico City and RREEF in London.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2017, he worked for eight years in various leadership roles at Inverlink Estructuras Inmobiliarias, one of the most important real estate funds in Colombia. At Inverlink, he led multiple transactions in different asset types, particularly office and industrial, and managed fundraising processes with institunional and retail investors. Mr. Escobar began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at J.P. Morgan in New York.

Andrés holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) from Georgetown University.

Robert Naso

Managing Partner | Bentall Green Oak

Rob is a Managing Partner and Head of U.S. Asset Management for BentallGreenOak. In this role, Rob is responsible for working with the investment, asset management, and development/construction teams on the business plan execution activities across all US portfolios. Rob has 28 years of institutional real estate experience throughout the United States, including 13 years in Asia. He worked across the region and lived in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore. Rob’s broad experience has covered acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, development/construction, capital markets, and investor relations/capital raising while managing large, culturally diverse teams, hard assets, and entity-level investments.

Tinchuck Agnes Ng - Moderator

Co-Founder and Managing Principal | Taloquence Group

Tinchuck is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Taloquence Group (formerly Athena International Capital), a real estate investment advisory firm focused on assisting cross-border investors and emerging operators in large-scale transactions, product development, capital formation, and corporate infrastructure establishment and improvement. To date, Tinchuck has structured varies domestic and international investment funds and managed over USD 2.2 billion of cross-border capital, representing investors from more than 10 jurisdictions globally. Tinchuck previously held several senior management positions in multiple countries: Managing Director, Head of Investments at Cottonwood Management (U.S.A.), EVP - Investments at Easternflair (Shanghai, China), Head of Real Estate Business Development – APAC at Aviva Investors (Singapore), Director of Real Estate Acquisitions at Blackrock (Hong Kong, China), and Principal of the Capital Markets Group at Taurus Investment Holdings (U.S.A.).

A graduate of MIT (B.S.) and Harvard University (MArch with Distinction), Tinchuck is also a CFA and CAIA charterholder. She served as a board member on the International Advisory Board and the Alumni Advisory Board of the Real Estate Academic Initiative at Harvard University, and the Advisory Board of DesignX at MIT.
